A little bit about me...

Hi, my name is Jack,

​

Born in Scotland, I joined the marines at 16 where I spent 5 years in my dream job learning and growing up (very fast), working in a variety of different specialisations from a general duties marine, to driver, and a maritime sniper. Being fit and healthy was part of the job.

 

Having been around fitness since I was young it has always been a passion of mine. Suffering from my fair share of injuries and setbacks I was ready to learn more about the body and how to better my training.

I have been a qualified PT and coach since mid 2019. I completed my qualifications in Australia where I spent time studying/travelling for 5 years. I recently returned Home to the UK, this is when I established Frontline Health and Fitness.

​

As an individual I have put my body through things I never thought possible, made mistakes and picked up injuries along the way. Although challenging I have learned a lot and I'm now able to relay my knowledge on to others at the beginning of their fitness journey.

​

I specialise in functional crossfit style training using a variety of techniques and coaching methods that have been very successful thus far. My main focus will always be technique and drilling good movement patterns ensuring an enjoyable training experience as well as prolonged health later on in life.
